Viktor Shulyk about the economic crisis in Ukraine

An ideal storm - this is how the situation in the world economy in spring 2020 can be described. The negative processes that were supposed to replace the growth period were intensified by the pandemic. In this situation, the most vulnerable were the economies of developing countries, to which, unfortunately, Ukraine also belongs.
