Viktor Shulyk has given the forecast of the dollar exchange rate in November

In October, the hryvnia was supported by the sale of currency by agro-exporters and positive news from the IMF about the launch of a new financing program for Ukraine. In the middle of the month, for the first time since the end of August, the dollar fell below UAH 28/$. The market was not able to consolidate at this level for a long time.
