The reaction of the "Big Three": what are the implications of downgrading of the Ukraine’s rating?

Last week, the Ukrainian government reached an agreement with the internation leders on writing off a part of the debt. After a difficult and prolonged negotiation, which lasted for nearly six months, the holders of Ukrainian bonds none the less set out to consent and wrote off nearly $ 4 billion of the country’s debt.
