Igor Dykyi has told about the trends and factors of influence on M&A market in Ukraine

Despite of the high level of corruption and weak economic growth, activity on the Ukrainian market of mergers and acquisitions is increasing. The volume of M&A transactions in Ukraine in 2017 increased by 37% - to $ 1 billion, and their number - by 22%. At the same time, the level of activity in the M&A market remains far from the indexes of 2013.
