Tulchyn city ATC has presented an Investment overview

As part of the celebration of the City Day, the Investment overview of the Tulchyn city amalgamated territorial community (ATC) was presented. The document was developed by the rating agency IBI-Rating in cooperation with the Department for the Economy, Strategic Planning and Investment Development of the Executive Committee of Tulchyn city council. The overview was presented by the Head of the Department — Ms. Nataliia Hnatenko.
«Attracting investments is a task №1 for the future economic development of our community. However, the Decentralization reform has significantly increased competition between municipalities for investment. The communities that provide the better conditions for investors and will conduct an active PR campaign about the benefits of doing business in their territory will win the fight. It is easier for an investor to decide to start a business in the community if detailed information about the municipality is available. Therefore, in order to present the investment potential of Tulchyn city ATC and to establish business contacts with potential investors, we have developed this document — an analytical brochure that presents the community for business and clearly demonstrates its economy, — said Ms. Nataliia.
The investment overview of Tulchyn city ATC collects and structures information about the competitive advantages of the community, the structure and potential of the local economy, natural, geographical and climatic conditions, demography, logistics, social sphere, tax burden, business support actions, engineering and technical infrastructure, etc. Particular attention is paid to investment proposals developed by the city council. The data in the overview is presented in graphical form, which greatly helps and speed the perception of information. The design is created in a blue-yellow palette, as it is present in the official symbols of ATC.
«We have made effort to create the document as informative as possible and it could be read in 15 minutes. Therefore, QR-codes were used, and the electronic version of the document was made interactive - one scan, mouse click, or tap on the smartphone screen for a hyperlink provides a link to another document or to a specific website. In this way, you will learn more detailed information or dynamic data in a particular field», — said Ms. Anna Kutuzova, Director of the Marketing and PR Department of the IBI-Rating Agency.
The brochure is written in Ukrainian and English and is aimed at domestic and foreign investors.
«The economy of the Tulchyn community is developing rapidly, and soon its territory will grow almost 5 times - according to the Plan of formation of communities of Vinnytska oblast, 15 more village councils will join us, and the population will double. The investment overview has been compose «for the future» taking into account the above-mentioned Plan. Therefore, the Tulchyn community will soon become even more attractive to investors. We invite entrepreneurs to cooperate, guarantee support and support of each investment project», — summed up the mayor Mr. Valerii Vesnianyi.
Currently, the Investment overview is publicly available on the websites of the Tulchyn city ATC and the IBI-Rating agency. In print, the document will be shares in city and regional councils, as well as used during public investment events.
