The updated investment passport of Ternopil city territorial community is published

The investment passport of Ternopil city territorial community was developed within the framework of the international cooperation program «EU4Business: SME Competitiveness and Internationalisation» with co-financing from European Union and German government. The program is aimed at supporting economic stability, recovery and growth of Ukraine, creating better conditions for the development of Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as supporting innovation and exports. The strategic executor of the program is German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Entrepreneurship Development Fund acted as the executor of the grant competition, and the non-governmental organization «West Ukraine Digital» acted as the executor of the grant.

The document was developed together with the experts of IBI-Rating agency, taking into account the best European practices. The investment passport gives an opportunity to present the investment potential of Ternopil community and will be an effective tool for establishing business contacts with potential investors. In addition to general information about the community and indicators of economic development, the publication collects and structures information on: investment opportunities, competitive advantages, transport connections, personnel potential, taxes, investment proposals, social and cultural development of the community, etc.

The information in the passport is structured in such a way that it is easier for the investor to assess the advantages and potential of the Ternopil community. The array of information in the passport are presented through infographics, which makes it possible to visually show the correlation of facts, as well as to quickly look through the content. You can get more detailed information in a particular area by going to URLs by scanning QR-codes (or by following a link in an interactive version of the document). Thus, in a few minutes, a potential investor will be able to discover Ternopil community even without seeing it. The brochure is compiled in Ukrainian and English and focused on domestic and foreign investors. Now the document is in the public domain on the websites of Ternopil City Council and rating agency IBI-Rating.
