17.06.2016
IBI-Rating informs on determining of the rating of bank deposit reliability «VECTOR BANK» PJSC at 4 grade (high reliability).

Rating of bank deposit reliability at grade 4 indicates that the financial institution is reliable, pays its obligations timely within the requirements established by the current legislation of Ukraine, including those of the National Bank of Ukraine. The problems with a timely return of deposits are unlikely to arise, although there is a certain dependence of the financial institution on the impact of external and internal factors. The impact assessment of external factors does not apply to the situations involving force majeure circumstances.

The determined rating grade is due to high indicators of capitalization and liquidity of «VECTOR BANK» PJSC. Actual values of economic liquidity ratios exceed minimum acceptable values established by the NBU. However, the dependence of the Bank on its largest creditors in the resource base, and the largest borrowers in the customer loan portfolio may exert pressure on the Bank’s liquidity and increases its vulnerability to certain financial risks. At the same time, the Bank's capitalization remains sufficient and currently meets the requirements of the Regulator. Also, the impact on sensitivity to certain financial risks may increase as a result of negative tendencies in the economy of the country and reduced solvency of borrowers. By results of of the analyzed period activities of «VECTOR BANK» PJSC remain profitable, and performance indicators remain at a sufficient level.

IBI-Rating currently sees positive changes in the Bank’s activities and its financial indicators (increased performance indicators), which along with the preservation of good quality of assets and diversification of the customer deposit portfolio by major depositors, as well as as improved diversification of the resource base by major creditors, and the customer loan portfolio by major borrowers, increased profitability and performance, may result in changes of the outlook or review of the rating grade. Downgrading of the rating is possible in the event of worsening of the Bank’s solvency (liquidity); increased credit risks due to deterioration of servicing of the granted loans, loss-making activities and decline of performance indicators, as well as worsening of the political and economic situation in the country.
