IBI-Rating has determined the credit rating to "CB" Investbank " PJSC at uaBBB- grade
13.01.2016IBI-Rating informs on the assignment of the credit rating to "CB" Investbank " PJSC at uaBBB- grade with a " stable " outlook.
The assigned grade of the credit rating of "CB" Investbank" PJSC is due to its maintaining of high indicators of capitalization and liquidity, as evidenced by the sufficient actual economic ratios of adequacy of regulatory capital. The Bank's sensitivity to credit risk remains due to certain dependence of the customer loan portfolio on major borrowers. The basis of the resource base are amounts due to customers, in particular, those of private individuals, which are sufficiently diversified, the Bank has no dependence on large depositors. During the analyzed period, the Bank carried out profitable activities. It is worth noting that the "CB" Investbank " PJSC is at the completion stage of the harmonization procedure of the Bank’s ownership structure, which, as IBI-Rating agency expects, will lead to the development of the Bank. The additional capitalization of the Bank was initiated, by increasing the authorized capital by UAH 157 mln. during 2016.
IBI-Rating expects the Bank's development and growth of its certain financial ratios while maintaining good asset quality, which can lead to raising of the rating grade or a change of the Bank’s rating outlook. Downgrading of the credit rating is possible in the event of worsening of the Bank’s solvency (liquidity); growth of credit risks due to deterioration of servicing of the granted loans and increased vulnerability of the Bank to market risks, increased unprofitability and deterioration of the political and economic situation in the country.
In order to carry out the analytical research the materials provided by "CB" Investbank" PJSC were used, including the annual financial statements for 2011-2014 and 9 months of 2015, performance targets for 2016, other necessary internal information as well as the information from the public sources, which the Rating agency considers reliable.
