IBI-Rating informs on the withdrawal of the rating of construction reliability of the residential complex "British Quarter" (Stage I) for reasons of business nature.

The construction of the residential complex "British Quarter" (Stage I) began in 2013. In August 2014 houses N 1 and N 2 were put into operation, and in March 2015, houses N 3 and N 4 were put into operation, respectively. The residential complex "British Quarter" is located in Goloseyevsky district of Kiev, near the "Hippodrome" and "Vasylkivska" metro stations, which provides it with convenient transport links. A cozy park with lakes, as well as the Hippodrome are in the vicinity of the residential complex. There are schools, kindergartens, playgrounds, supermarkets within the walking distance.
