IBI-Rating has withdrawn the credit rating of A-C series bonds of «PRAM» LLC due to repayment

IBI-Rating informs on the withdrawal of the long-term credit rating of registered housing conventional bonds of A-C series of «PRAM» LLC due to repayment of the bonds. The rating of the construction reliability rating of residential complex «NODUS» was also withdrawn. Construction of the RC «NODUS» began in the second quarter of 2018, commissioning took place in December 2019. The real estate in RC «NODUS» is sold through bonds issued by PRAM LLC.
