12.07.2016
IBI-Rating informs on affirming of the credit rating of «OKCI BANK» PJSC at uaBBB- grade, with a «stable» outlook.

The affirmed credit rating grade of «OKCI BANK» PJSC» is due to the preserved high ratios of capitalization and liquidity. At the same time, the Bank’s vulnerability to certain financial risks remains due to market conditions and the unstable situation in the country. At the same time, the rating agency IBI-Rating notes not properly balanced assets and liabilities of «OKCI BANK» PJSC by maturity up to 31 days.

During the period under review, the Bank's activities were profitable, while the Bank’s performance indicators were at a low level. IBI-Rating sees no factors that may lead to upgrading of the Bank’s credit rating in the short term.

Lowering of the credit rating grade is possible in the event of deterioration of the Bank’s solvency (liquidity); growth of credit risks due to deterioration of servicing of granted loans, increased vulnerability of the Bank to market risks, increased losses, as well as deterioration of the political and economic situation in the country.
