IBI-Rating has affirmed the credit rating of A series bonds of «KITAI GOROD» LLC at uaССС grade
08.07.2016IBI-Rating informs on the affirmation of the credit rating of the registered discount unsecured bonds of A series of the Issuer «KITAI GOROD» LLC at uaССС grade, with a «negative» outlook.
During the period under review, «KITAI GOROD» LLC did not conduct any active economic activity, which led to loss-making operations. A significant amount of liabilities, including the obligations on the discount bonds, caused high dependence on external sources of financing. Information closeness and non-transparency of the Issuer is also observed.
The «negative» outlook indicates a possibility of downgrading of the credit rating in the event of default on debt obligations, initiation of bankruptcy proceedings, deterioration of the political and economic situation in the country.
In order to carry out the analytical research the materials provided by "Kitai Gorod" LLC were used, including financial statements for 2013-2015 and 3 months of 2016, background information on the activity of "Kitai Gorod" LLC, the information on the issue of A series bonds, other necessary internal information, as well as the information from the public sources, which the Rating agency considers credible.
