IBI-Rating has updated the credit ratings of housing bonds of the «Ukrzhylstroy plus» LLC
29.12.2020National authorized rating agency IBI-Rating informs on affirming of the long-term credit rating of B Series housing bonds of the «Ukrzhylstroyplus» LLC at uaC grade, the rating outlook is «evolving».
Responsibility regarding pledges for the redemption of B Series housing bonds remain unfulfilled because an apartment house at the Hantadze Street N7b, in the town Chernomorsk, was not commissioned due to the low activity and periodic stoppage of construction work.
In order to carry out the analytical research the materials provided by «Ukrzhylstroyplus» LLC have been used, including the financial statements for 2017-2019 and 9 months of 2020, the background information on the activities of «Ukrzhylstroyplus» LLC, the information on the issue of B series bonds, other necessary internal information, as well as the information from the public sources, which the Rating agency considers credible.
