IBI-Rating has affirmed the rating of investment attractiveness of the Residential and office complex «Prestige Hall» at invАА grade
11.04.2016Rating agency IBI-Rating informs on the affirmation of the rating of investment attractiveness of «Prestige Hall» Residential and office complex at invАА grade. The affirmed grade of the rating of investment attractiveness of «Prestige Hall» RC is, in particular, due to the available financial support of CB «PRIVATBANK» PJSC.
Also, the available experience of the project developer, «А.В.С.» LLC, in commissioning of apartment buildings and the available experience of the General contractor of the construction, "Aerobud" PJSC, in the construction and renovation of commercial, industrial and residential real estate had an impact on the rating grade. Construction works are carried out on the land plot, provided on lease until the end of 2019. For today, the Ist and ІInd lines of construction ( 3rd, 5th and 8th sections) of the residential and office complex « Prestige Hall » were put into operation in March 2011 and March 2012, respectively.
The 2nd section of the ІІІrd line was put into operation in June 2013. According to information provided by the Issuer, the 1st section of the ІІІrd line is being put into operation. The construction of the 4th section is underway, its commissioning is scheduled for 2016 2017. Also, the construction of the 6th and 7th sections continues, their commissioning is scheduled for 2018.
