cgА | The object of valuation has an exemplary level of corporate governance. Risks for shareholders, investors and stakeholders are minimal. |
cgB | The object of valuation has a sufficient level of corporate governance. Risks for shareholders, investors and stakeholders are moderate. |
cgC | The object of valuation has a satisfactory level of corporate governance задовільний. Risks for shareholders, investors and stakeholders are considerable. |
cgD | The object of valuation has an unsatisfactory level of corporate governance. Risks for shareholders, investors and stakeholders are very high. |
Notes
Determining and updating of corporate governance ratings are carried out in accordance with «Corporate Governance Rating Scale».
Corporate Governance Rating Scale is divided into 4 levels, each of which reflecting the appropriate corporate governance level of the object of valuation.
Corporate governance ratings are determined / updated in accordance with the publicly available information and have an additional designation, – pi».
The «Checklist» designation can also be used, which indicates that the rating is under monitoring by the Agency due to existence of factors that may affect its unscheduled review.
