Credit rating
An opinion of IBI-Rating concerning the ability of a borrower / issuer to service fully and in a timely manner their liabilities as a whole, and on a certain debt instrument, in particular.
Depending on the term of service of a particular debt obligation, credit ratings are divided into the following categories:
The credit rating grade of a borrower / a certain debt obligation is determined in accordance with the methodologies of determining of credit ratings of borrowers / issuers and / or their specified debt obligation by the National Rating Scale.
The credit rating is not a projection of the default rate and the amount of losses, but shall indicate the level of risk in the order of relative ranking by the National Rating Scale.
Credit ratings determined by IBI-Rating is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold certain securities. They also do not express an idea that a particular type of investing is suitable for a particular investor.

- Long-term credit rating is a credit rating of a debt obligation, a service period of which exceeds one year;
- Short-term credit rating is a credit rating of a debt obligation, a service period of which does not exceed one year.
