Bila Tserkva City Territorial Community is a part of Bila Tserkva district of Kyiv region, located in the central part of Ukraine. The region borders with the Republic of Belarus (in the north), as well as with Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Chernihiv, Poltava and Kirovohrad regions. Bila Tserkva City Territorial Community was formed on June 12, 2020. The community includes 1 city (Bila Tserkva, which is the administrative center), 1 village (Terezine) and 15 villages. The area of the territorial community is 394.4 square km. Bila Tserkva is a city of regional subordination, the center of Bila Tserkva district. Bila Tserkva city was founded in 1032 by Prince Yaroslav the Wise. Today the city is the economic, educational, cultural and tourist center of the south of Kyiv region.
