Viktor Shulyk has told whether it is worth waiting for a tranche from the IMF

Relations between Ukraine and the IMF have entered its traditional phase - «I will gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today», or rather «reforms – on Tuesday, tranche – in the evening». Ukraine is expected to create the Anti-Corruption Court and raise the price of gas for the population. The authorities are trying to duck, avoiding unpopular steps before the elections. 112.ua asked Viktor Shulyk, director of the research department of the IBI-Rating agency, is it worth waiting for the desired tranche.
