Viktor Shulyk has told why are rising prices in Ukraine

Over the past five years, inflation in Ukraine consumer prices rose by about 90%. Everything has risen in price - starting with foodstuffs and «communal», ending with clothes, shoes and services. Find out about other causes rising of the prices in the comments by Viktor Shulyk, Director of the research department of IBI-Rating agency, for the «Korrespondent» magazine.
