Viktor Shulyk has commented the adopted State Budget-2019

The deputies voted for the main financial estimate of the country at dawn on November 23. The budget predicts that in 2019 the Ukrainian economy will grow by 3%, with inflation at 7.4%. Revenues and expenditures of the budget will exceed UAH 1 trillion, but there is a gap of almost UAH 90 billion between them, and in next year the budget deficit will amount to 2.3% of GDP.
