IBI-Rating has affirmed the credit rating of bonds of «DTEK Pavlogradugol» PJSC
03.01.2018IBI-Rating informs on the affirming of the long-term credit rating of interest bonds of А-Y Series of «DTEK Pavlogradugol» PJSC (the total issue volume in the amount of UAH 50 million, with redemption in 2020) at uaBBB+ grade, with a «stable» outlook.
«DTEK Pavlogradugol» PJSC occupies a leading position in the Ukrainian coal industry. Net income of «DTEK Pavlogradugol» PJSC in 9 months of 2017 increased by 39%, as compared with the same period of the previous year, amounting to UAH 19,648.4 mln. Net profit amounted to UAH 3,275.8 mln versus the net loss in the amount of 436.5 mln in 9 months of 2016. Retained earnings as on September 30, 2017 amounted to UAH 5,152.9 mln. The debt burden level has not changed significantly and estimated as not high.
In order to carry out the analytical research the materials obtained from «DTEK Pavlogradugol» PJSC were used, including: the annual financial statements for 2014-2016 and 9 months of 2017, background information on the activities of «DTEK Pavlogradugol PJSC», parameters of the bond issue, other necessary internal information, expectations of the «IBI-Rating» rating agency, as well as the information from the public sources (www.dtek.com, www.ukrstat.gov.ua, www.mpe.kmu.gov.ua, www.smida.gov.ua), which the Rating agency considers reliable.
