IBI-Rating has upgraded the construction reliability rating of RC «NODUS»
11.06.2019Rating agency IBI-Rating informs on upgrading of the construction reliability rating of RC «NODUS» in Kharkiv city to 5+ grade (high reliability).
The project envisages the construction of a 7-storey residential apartment building with built-in non-residential premises and an underground garage in the central part of the city.
General contractor of the project - «Zhilstroy-2» ALC - has over 75-year experience in implementing construction projects. The company has its own production facilities, which provide an almost complete construction cycle.
The construction of the residential complex «NODUS» started in the second quarter of 2018, construction readiness as of 31.03.2019 was 51% (+23% during 6 months). Commissioning is scheduled for December 2020.
The real estate in the RC «NODUS» is sold through housing bonds of the Issuer «PRAM» LLC. The circulation of the housing bonds is regulated at the legislative level and is controlled by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission. The credit rating of bonds is ? uaBBB, the outlook is ? «stable».
RC «NODUS» is located within the boundaries of the historical core of the center of Kharkiv city. Nearby are noctidial supermarkets, banks, metro stations, the Wedding Palace, Gorkyi Park, Sumy Market, Svobody Square, an art gallery, private medical centers, restaurants and bars, museums.
Rating of construction reliability is an opinion of the Rating Agency as to the Developer’s capability to fulfill its obligations on the construction project to real estate buyers relative to other projects, expressed on the basis of findings of comprehensive analytical research.
