IBI-Rating and BCRA have signed a memorandum of cooperation

Rating agency IBI-Rating signed a memorandum of understanding and strategic cooperation with BCRA, a European rating agency.

The main goals of the concluded memorandum are, as follows: contributing to the entry of Western companies into the Ukrainian market, facilitating access of domestic companies to the international capital markets and the European market, further increase in the rating standards, as well as expanding the range of the application of credit ratings as a qualitative, independent and objective instrument of the solvency assessment.

According to the memorandum, the Agencies plan to carry out common analytical work, implement joint projects, develop information cooperation and promote mutual recognition of the ratings by European investors and regulators.

The parties will create, use and develop a common client database and exchange information on any matters requiring technical assistance to each other at the territory of Republic of Bulgaria and Ukraine. The parties is obliged to ensure safety and security of such data.
