IBI-Rating has affirmed the credit rating of bonds of «Zhilstroy-2» ALC

National authorized rating agency IBI-Rating informs on the affirmation of the credit rating of the registered housing secured bonds of J and K-N Series of «Zhilstroy-2» ALC at uaBBB grade, with a «stable» outlook.
The registered housing secured bonds RC «Duet» - a complex of multi-storey apartment houses with built-in attached cultural, residential, commercial-administrative premises with underground parking at a construction address: city Kharkiv, st. Tsilynohradska (in the area of residential buildings № 54-56). When redeeming the owners of bonds of the J Series the apartments in the first stage of the Complex must be transferred, the K Series of apartments in the second stage, the L Series - the built-in public facilities, the M Series of underground parking spaces, the N Series premises in the public center building.
The construction of the first stage of the RC «Duet» was started in the third quarter of 2014 and in November 2017 it was put into operation. The construction of the second stage was started in the second quarter of 2016. According to the estimates of «Zhilstroy-2» ALC specialists at early March 2018, the degree of its construction readiness has increased to 65%. Commissioning of the second stage is planned for the 3rd quarter of 2018. The Issuer has a significant time reserve between the planned completion dates and the final maturity dates of the bonds.
«Zhilstroy-2» ALC occupies leading positions in the market of the primary real estate construction in Kharkiv. The company has its own production construction facilities.
In order to carry out the analytical research the materials provided by «Zhilstroy-2» ALC have been used, including financial statements of the Issuer for 2015-2017 and 3 months of 2018, the background information on the activities of «Zhilstroy-2» ALC, the information on the issue of J Series and K-N Series bonds, other necessary internal information, as well as the information from the public sources, which the Rating agency considers credible.
