IBI-Rating has affirmed the credit ratings of housing bonds of the «Ukrzhylstroy plus» LLC
25.06.2018National authorized rating agency IBI-Rating informs on affirming of B Series long-term credit rating housing bonds of the «Ukrzhylstroyplus» LLC at uaC grade, with a «stable» outlook.
Responsibility regardin pledges for the redemption of B Series housing bonds remain unfulfilled because an apartment house at the Hantadze Street N7b, in the town of Chernomorsk, Odessa region was not commissioned due to the periodic stoppage of construction work.
In order to carry out the analytical research the materials provided by «Ukrzhylstroyplus» LLC have been used, including the financial statements for 2015-2017 and 3 months of 2018, the background information on the activities of «Ukrzhylstroyplus» LLC, the information on the issue of B series bonds, other necessary internal information, as well as the information from the public sources, which the Rating agency considers credible.
