IBI-Rating has affirmed the rating of construction reliability of "Art Hall" Club House at 5+ grade

IBI-Rating informs on affirming of the rating of construction reliability of "Art Hall" Club House at 5+ grade (excellent reliability).

The available financial support and experience of residential real estate construction of the project participants, the current status of construction as well as the location of the object had an impact on the affirmed rating grade. The construction of "Art Hall" Club House is implemented under the available guarantees by CB "Privatbank" PJSC. The developer of the object is "AC-MVK", LLC which is implementing the project in cooperation with the general contractor "Aerobud" PJSC that has considerable experience in the construction and renovation of real estate of commercial, industrial and residential use, as well as a strong industrial and technological base. Construction works are carried out at presence of all permits on the land plot, which is owned by the Developer.

At the end of September 2015, the completion degree of "Art Hall" Club House was 90%. The scheduled date of the object commissioning is the Ist quarter of 2016. The house premises are sold through target bonds issued by the "AC-MVK" LLC. The price per square meter is established on a contractual basis and depends on the floor, an apartment area, layout and design.

The available long-term credit programmes and a letter of credit mechanism streamline the payment process, thereby enhancing the investment protection. The object is being constructed in the historical and business center of Kiev, namely, in the Shevchenkovsky district, at 21 Vorovskogo street. In close proximity there are educational institutions, shops, entertainment and recreational institutions, as well as establishments of cultural leisure.
